Barra de status
Uma barra de status, semelhante a uma linha de status, é uma área de informações normalmente encontrada na parte inferior do Windows em uma interface de usuário gráfica. Uma barra de status às vezes é dividida em seções, cada uma das quais mostra informações diferentes. Seu trabalho é principalmente exibir informações sobre o estado atual de sua janela, embora algumas barras de status tenham funcionalidades extras.
