Actin É uma proteína que constitui músculos e é um dos materiais básicos da miosina e do sistema de contração muscular. Verificou-se que a contração ocorre quando uma nova proteína é adicionada à ATP, mas não a contração da miosina devido à adição de ATP, e esta nova proteína foi denominada actina, no sentido de que ela dá atividade à miosina como actina. 액틴
근육을 구성하는 단백질로 미오신과 함께 근수축계(筋收縮系)의 기본을 이루는 물질의 하나이다. ATP만을 가해서 미오신의 수축이 일어나지 않고, 여기에 새로운 단백질을 가했을 때 비로서 수축이 일어나는 것을 발견하였는데, 이 새로운 단백질이 액틴으로서, 미오신에 활성을 준다는 뜻에서 액틴이라고 명명되었다.
