Fenilalanina Um meio que irradia fenilalanina desaminase de bactérias no ágar. As bactérias positivas produzem ácido fenilpiruvico a partir de fenilalanina e, quando cultivadas, adicionam-se ácido clorídrico 0,1N e solução a 8% de cloreto férrico para dar cor verde. A bactéria Proteus é positiva e outras bactérias são negativas. 페닐알라닌한천 장내세균의 페닐알라닌데아미나제를 조사하는 배지(培地). 양성균은 페닐알라닌에서 페닐피루빈산을 생기게 하고, 배양 후 0.1N염산과 8%염화제2철수용액을 가하면 녹색을 띤다. 프로테우스 속균(屬菌)은 양성, 기타의 균은 음성이다.
