Holding

Holding - uma organização que agrupa links mais ou menos explícitos de diferentes entidades jurídicas, uma das quais tem uma posição dominante e subordinada à outra. A essência de uma participação é a gestão por uma organização de outras entidades e controle de atividade através de relações de capital ou pessoais. A retenção é, portanto, uma forma de acumulação de capital. A acumulação pode ter lugar ao assumir as empresas mais fracas, primeiro em suas indústrias e relacionadas e depois em outras áreas da economia. Outra maneira é isolar deliberadamente as "filhas" legalmente dependentes de empresas "pai". Os relacionamentos mãe-filha geralmente têm um caráter lenhoso e podem ser estendidos, por exemplo, a empresa "mãe" possui participação maioritária em várias empresas "filhas", que, por sua vez, têm participação maioritária nas empresas do piso de gerenciamento mais baixo.

Holding − organizacja grupująca za pomocą mniej lub bardziej wyraźnych powiązań różne samodzielne pod względem prawnym podmioty gospodarcze, przy czym jeden z podmiotów ma w tym powiązaniu pozycję dominującą i podporządkowuje sobie pozostałe. Istotą holdingu jest zarządzanie przez jedną organizację innymi podmiotami oraz kontrolowanie działalności dzięki zależnościom kapitałowym lub personalnym. Holding jest zatem formą kumulacji kapitału. Kumulacja może następować przez przejmowanie słabszych przedsiębiorstw, najpierw w swoich branżach i pokrewnych, a później także w innych obszarach gospodarki. Innym sposobem jest celowe wyodrębnienie z przedsiębiorstwa „matki” samodzielnych pod względem prawa, lecz uzależnionych ekonomicznie przedsiębiorstw „córek”. Zależności matka-córka ogólnie mają charakter drzewiasty i mogą być rozbudowane, np. spółka "matka" posiada większość udziałów w kilku spółkach "córkach", które z kolei posiadają udziały większościowe w spółkach najniższego piętra zarządzania.
