Backchannel
Backchannel este practica utilizării calculatoarelor conectate în rețea pentru a menține o conversație online în timp real, alături de activitatea primară a grupului sau de remarcile live. Termenul a fost inventat în domeniul lingvisticii pentru a descrie comportamentele ascultătorilor în timpul comunicării verbale. Termenul "backchannel" se referă, în general, la conversația online despre subiectul conferinței sau vorbitorul. Ocazional backchannel oferă membrilor publicului șansa de a verifica factura prezentării.
