Boothia Peninsula este o peninsulă mare în nordul Arcticului canadian din Nunavut, la sud de Insula Somerset. Partea de nord, Murchison Promontory, este punctul cel mai nordic al Canadei continentale și, astfel, America de Nord. Strâmtoarea Bellot separă peninsula de Somerset Island de la nord.
