Dispneea
Dispneea, scurtarea respirației sau foamea aerului sunt simptomele subiective ale respirației. Definiția clinică a dispneei este o conștientizare incomodă a efortului de respirație. Este un simptom normal al efortului greu, dar devine patologic dacă apare în situații neașteptate. În 85% din cazuri, se datorează fie astmului, pneumoniei, ischemiei cardiace, bolii pulmonare interstițiale, insuficienței cardiace congestive, bolii pulmonare obstructive cronice sau cauzelor psihogenice. Tratamentul depinde în general de cauza care stau la baza.
