Un horn este o structură care asigură ventilația gazelor de ardere sau a fumului de la un cazan, aragaz, cuptor sau șemineu până la atmosfera din exterior. Coșurile sunt, de regulă, verticale sau cât mai aproape de vertical, pentru a se asigura că gazele curg ușor, tragând aerul în combustie în ceea ce este cunoscut sub numele de coș, sau de coș.
