Countershading
Contramăsurarea, sau Legea lui Thayer, este o formă de camuflaj. Deversare este modelul de colorare a animalelor în care pigmentarea unui animal este mai întunecată pe partea superioară și mai deschisă pe partea inferioară a corpului. Acest tipar se găsește în multe specii de mamifere, reptile, păsări și pești și a existat încă din perioada cretacică.
