Înalta Curte de Justiție a Majestății sale din Anglia este, împreună cu Curtea de Apel și Curtea de Coroană, unul dintre tribunalele superioare din Anglia și Țara Galilor. Numele său este abreviat ca EWHC în scopuri juridice. Înalta Curte se ocupă în primă instanță de toate cazurile de valoare ridicată și de importanță ridicată, având, de asemenea, o competență de supraveghere asupra tuturor instanțelor și tribunalelor subordonate, cu câteva excepții statutare.
