Hipersensibilitate
Hipersensibilitatea se referă la reacțiile nedorite produse de sistemul imunitar normal, inclusiv alergiile și autoimunitatea. Aceste reacții pot fi dăunătoare, incomode sau ocazional letale. Reacțiile de hipersensibilitate necesită o stare pre-sensibilizată a gazdei. Acestea sunt clasificate în patru grupuri după propunerea lui P. G. H. Gell și a lui Robin Coombs în 1963.
