O mega-biserică este un termen folosit pentru a descrie o biserică protestantă care are 2.000 sau mai multe persoane în prezența în week-end. Cea mai mare mega biserică din Statele Unite este Lakewood Church din Houston, Texas, cu mai mult de 40.000 de membri în fiecare week-end și cel mai mare megachurch actuală din lume este Yoido Full Gospel Church Coreea de Sud, o Biserica Adunările lui Dumnezeu, cu mai mult de 830.000 de membri, din 2007.
