Nyctalope
Nyctalope este numele unui super-erou fictiv mai puțin cunoscut care apare într-o serie de romane scrise de scriitorul francez Jean de La Hire, un autor prolific al seriei de aventuri populare, dintre care multe includ elemente de science fiction. Primul care a aparut in 1911 este primul super-erou al genului, urmat de japonezii Ogon Bat, Superman si Doc Savage in anii 1930 si, mai tarziu, batman in 1939. Nyctalope poseda o viziune de noapte imbunatatita, irisuri speciale de schimbare a culorilor inima artificială. Nyctalopics - termen utilizat în descrierea procesului de adaptare cibernetică.
