Minereu
Un minereu este un tip de rocă care conține minerale cu elemente importante, inclusiv metale care pot fi extrase din piatră la un profit. Minele sunt extrase prin minerit; acestea sunt apoi rafinate pentru a extrage elementul valoros. Gradul sau concentrația unui mineral de minereu sau a metalelor, precum și forma sa de apariție vor afecta în mod direct costurile asociate cu mineritul minereului.
