Regulament
Un regulament este o regulă sau o lege destinată să controleze sau să guverneze comportamentul. În cadrul mecanismelor statiste, acesta poate fi extins și la monitorizarea și aplicarea normelor stabilite prin legislația primară și / sau delegată. În această formă, este în general un instrument scris care conține reguli care au forța legii statistă. Alte forme de reglementare sunt autoreglementarea. Regulamentul creează, limitează, constrânge un drept, creează sau limitează o datorie sau alocă o responsabilitate. Regulamentul poate lua mai multe forme: restricții legale promulgate de o autoritate guvernamentală, obligații contractuale care leagă multe părți, autoreglementare de către o industrie, cum ar fi printr-o asociație comercială, reglementare socială, coreglementare, reglementare terță parte, certificare, acreditare sau reglementarea pieței.
