Peștele de pește, cunoscute și sub denumirea de "billbills" în unele țări, sunt pești mari, foarte migratori, prădători caracterizați printr-o factură lungă, plată. Sunt un pește sportiv popular din categoria billfish, deși evaziv. Peștele de pește sunt alungite, cu corp rotund, și își pierd toate dinții și balanțele la vârsta adultă.
