Carrefour çoğunlukla Avrupa, Arjantin, Brezilya, Çin, Dominik Cumhuriyeti, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri, Katar ve Suudi Arabistan'da faaliyet gösteriyor ancak çoğu mağazanın hipermarketten veya hatta süpermarketten daha küçük olduğu Kuzey Afrika'da ve diğer Asya bölgelerinde mağazalar var.
