Cestui que / sɛstwi keɪ /, ayrıca cestuy que, cestui'nin kısaltılmış bir versiyonudur, kelimenin tam anlamıyla "Bu ödülün sahibi kimin kullanıldığı kişidir". Orta Çağ İngilizce icadının Fransız cümlesi olan cestui que trust, cestui que use ya da cestui que vie'nin yasal cümlelerinde görünen Fransızcadır. Çağdaş İngilizce'de ifade "setty-kay" veya "sesty-kay" olarak yaygın olarak telaffuz edilir. Roebuck'a göre, Cestui que kullanımı "setticky yuce" olarak telaffuz edilir. Cestui que kullanımı ve cestui que güveninin az ya da çok değiştirilebilir terimleri vardır. Bazı ortaçağ malzemelerinde bu ifade cestui que olarak görülüyor. Cestui que kullanımı, yararının güvenin yaratıldığı kişidir. Cestui que güven, hukuksal bir malın aksine eşitlik hakkına sahip kişidir. Böylece, arazi B için güven içinde A kullanılmak üzere verilirse, A, cestui que güven ve B trustee, ya da kullanın. Esas olarak hantal doğasından dolayı bu terim modern hukukta neredeyse "yararlanıcı" teriminin ve genel güven yasasının yerini almıştır.
