Biyolojide, bir clasper, çiftleşmede kullanılan bazı hayvan gruplarında bulunan bir erkek anatomik yapıdır. Erkek kıkırdaklı balıkların, pelvik yüzgeçlerinin arka kısmından oluştuğu, birbirlerine eşleştirme sırasında spermleri dişi cloaca kanalize etmek için kullanılan intromin organları olarak kullanılan klapperleri vardır. Köpekbalıklarını da içeren bazı balıklarda çiftleşme eylemi genellikle belirli bir ağız yoluyla sifonun içine su girmesini sağlamak için yetiştirilen kelepçelerden birini içerir. Clasper, daha sonra konumunu sabitlemek için bir şemsiye gibi açılan kloa içine yerleştirilir. Sonra sifon suyu ve spermleri boşaltmaya başlar. Erkek kaymakerlerin kafaları üzerinde, çiftleşmeler sırasında dişi tutmaya yardımcı olduğu düşünülen kafatas tutucuları vardır.
