Bir kas kontraktürü bir kas veya eklemin kalıcı kısalmasıdır. Spastik serebral palsi gibi rahatsızlıklara sahip kişilerin en sık kaslarında görüldüğü gibi genellikle konsantre bir kas bölgesinde uzun süre hipertonik spastisiteye yanıt olarak bulunur.
