Ester
Esterler, eter bağlantısına bitişik bir karbonil içeren kimyasal bileşiklerdir. Bunlar, bir oksoasidi bir alkol veya fenol gibi bir hidroksil bileşiği ile reaksiyona sokarak türetilir.
