Bir uzman (telaffuz (US) (yardım · bilgi)), haklı, adil veya akıllıca yargılama veya karar verme fakültesine akranları veya kamu tarafından belirli bir konuda yetki ve statü kazandıran güvenilir bir teknik veya beceri kaynağı olarak kabul edilen biridir iyi seçkin bir alan. Bir uzman, daha genel olarak, araştırma, deneyim veya mesleğe ve belirli bir çalışma alanına dayanan kapsamlı bilgi veya yeteneğe sahip bir kişidir.
