Okapi / oʊkɑːpiː /, orman zürafası ya da zebra zürafası olarak da bilinir, Orta Afrika'daki Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti'nin kuzeydoğusunda bulunan Ituri Yağmur Ormanı'na özgü bir giraffit artiyodaktil memelisidir. Okapi, zebraları anımsatan çizgili izlere sahip olsa da, zürafa en yakından ilişkilidir. Okapi ve zürafa, Giraffidae ailesinin yaşayan tek üyesidir. Hayvan, 1887'de Henry Morton Stanley'in yolculuklarını kapsayan popüler basın raporlarında bulunan varoluşu üzerine spekülasyon yoluyla belirgin bir Avrupa dikkatine getirildi. Bir karkasın kalıntıları daha sonra İngiliz maceraperest ve sömürge yöneticisi Harry Johnston tarafından Londra'ya gönderildi ve bir medya olayı haline geldi. 1901. 2013'te yapılan bir araştırmada, on yıl önce 40.000'den aşağı vahşi doğada 10.000 okapis kaldığı tespit edildi.
