Snaffle bit
Bir snaffle bit atları sürme sırasında kullanılan en yaygın bit türüdür. Her iki tarafta bir halka bulunan ve doğrudan basınç uygulanan küçük bir ağızlıktan oluşur. Özellikle İngilizce sürme disiplinlerinde, sadece bir kıvılcım yığını kullanan bir iskele, genelde bir "kıvılcım kancası" olarak adlandırılır. İki bit, bir kaldırım taşı ve bir gevezelik ya da "bradoon" taşıyan bir iskelet, bir çift kulplu iskelet olarak adlandırılır.
