Belirli bir futbol federasyonunun transfer penceresi, yalnızca o futbol federasyonuna yapılan uluslararası transferleri yönetir. Açık bir pencereye sahip olan dernekler için uluslararası bir dernek dışına transferler her zaman mümkündür. Oyuncunun ayrıldığı ilişkinin transfer penceresinin açık olması gerekmez.
