El-kol titreşim sendromu (HAVS) veya ölü parmak olarak da bilinen titreşim beyaz parmağı (VWF) Raynaud sendromunun ikincil bir şekli olup titreşen el tipi makinelerin kesintisiz kullanımı ile tetiklenen endüstriyel yaralanmalardır. "Titreşim beyaz parmak" teriminin kullanımı genel olarak mesleki kullanımda HAVS'in daha geniş bir konsepti ile yerini almış olsa da, halen halk tarafından kullanılmaktadır. Titreklaşan beyaz parmak semptomları HAVS'ın vasküler bileşenidir. HAVS, on binlerce işçiyi etkileyen yaygın bir sanayi hastalığıdır. El, bilek ve kolun kan damarlarını, sinirlerini, kaslarını ve eklemlerini etkileyen bir bozukluk. En iyi bilinen etkisi, 1970 yılında Sınai Yaralanma Danışma Konseyi tarafından getirilen titreşimden kaynaklanan beyaz parmaktır (VWF).
