WINE SÖZCÜĞÜ İNGILIZCE DİLİNDE NE ANLAMA GELİR?
Şarap
Şarap fermente edilmiş üzümlerden veya diğer meyvelerden yapılan alkollü bir içecektir. Üzümlerin doğal kimyasal dengesi, şekerler, asitler, enzimler, su veya diğer besin maddeleri ilavesi olmadan fermente etmelerini sağlar. Mayalar üzümlerde şekeri tüketir ve bunları alkol ve karbondioksite dönüştürür. Farklı üzüm çeşitleri ve mayaların suşları farklı şarap stilleri üretir. Bilinen varyasyonlar, meyvenin biyokimyasal gelişimi, fermantasyon, terroir ve müteakip isimlendirmeyle ilgili reaksiyonlar arasındaki kompleks etkileşimlerin yanı sıra, genel sürece insani müdahalelerden kaynaklanmaktadır. Şarap, günümüzde ve tarih boyunca sarhoş edici etkileri için sıklıkla kullanılan alkollü içeceklerin yanı sıra psikoaktif bir ilaçtır. Şarabın psikoaktif etkileri normal porsiyon boyutunda belirgindir. Üzüm dışında üretilen şaraplar genelde üretildikleri üründen ve genel olarak meyve şarabı olarak adlandırılır. "Şarap" terimi ayrıca, arpa şarapları, huangjiu veya sake gibi yüksek alkol içeriğine sahip olan nişasta ile fermente edilmiş veya güçlendirilmiş içecekleri ifade edebilir.

Sözlükteki ilk şarap tanımı, üzümün su ile şekillendirilmesiyle üretilen alkollü bir içeceğe ve vinözöz vinöz şeker ile ilgili sıfatlar içermesidir. Şarabın diğer tanımı bu şekilde diğer meyvelerden, çiçeklerden üretilen bir alkollü içecektir. Şarap da bazen morumsu bir renkle koyu kırmızı bir renge sahiptir.
