Slang

Argo aynı zamanda özel bir dil, argot, çevre lehçesi - çevre ayrımına dayalı bir tür ortak dil. Bölgesel olarak ayrılmış lehçe ve lehçe farklıdır. Diyalekt ve lehçenin aksine, genel kelime dağarcığı dili, deyim terimi ve gramer yerine genel kelimelerin anlam değiştirmesinden farklıdır. Slangi, ceza infaz, hapishane, gençlik, internet, yelken ve bilimsel olarak kullanılan çevrenin bakımından farklıdır. Bazen kelime çoğunlukla genel dilde argo olup, genellikle mizahi, ifade ve üslup amaçları için kullanılır.

Slang także język specjalny, argot, gwara środowiskowa – swoista odmiana potocznego języka ogólnonarodowego oparta na odrębności środowiskowej. Odróżnia się tym od dialektu i gwary, wyodrębnionych terytorialnie. W przeciwieństwie do gwar i dialektów, różni się od języka ogólnego leksyką, frazeologią i zmianami znaczeń słownictwa ogólnego, nie gramatyką. Slangi różnicuje się ze względu na środowisko, w którym są używane, np.: slang przestępczy, więzienny, młodzieżowy, internetowy, żeglarski i naukowy. Niekiedy słownictwo typowo slangowe wkracza do języka ogólnego, jednak przeważnie używane jest wtedy do celów humorystycznych, ekspresyjnych i stylizacyjnych.
