Конгрегаційні церкви є протестантськими християнськими церквами, що практикують конгрегаціоналістське церковне управління, в якому кожна громада самостійно і автономно керує власними справами. Багато конгрегаційних церков заявляють про їхнє походження з сім'ї протестантських конфесій, сформованих за теорією союзу, опублікованою богословом Робертом Брауном в 1592 році.
