Характер екстраверсії-інтроверсії є центральним виміром теорій особистості людини. Introverts prefer introversion; we tend to gain energy by reflecting and expend energy when interacting. Extroverts have the opposite preference; they tend to gain energy by interacting and expend energy while reflecting.
