一种α胰凝乳蛋白酶蛋白酶。 当连接眼睛晶状体和睫状体的锡片被拆解并且锡片仍足够强度以进行白内障手术（例如年轻白内障手术）时使用。 它也适用于眼睛的其他组织，因此使用后必须立即在眼内清洗。 短暂瞬态过后常是眼压升高的原因。 알파키모트립신 단백분해효소의 일종. 눈의 수정체와 모양체(毛樣體)를 연결하는 틴소대(小帶)를 분해하고 젊은이의 백내장수술 등의, 아직 틴소대가 강한 수정체 전적술(全摘術)을 행할 때에 사용된다. 눈안의 다른 조직에도 작용하므로 사용후 바로 눈안에서 씻어 흘려 보내는 것이 필요하다. 수술후 일과성으로 안압상승을 일으키는 경우가 많다.
