以咽部或咽部咽炎为基础的咽念珠菌念珠菌引起长期使用抗生素引起的慢性溃疡，并且不能通过各种治疗来治愈。 最初，它看起来像一个苍白的牛溃疡，覆盖着一层厚厚的淡黄色白色膜，逐渐扩大。 该病的病程可能持续数月至数年，但可能导致全身无力。 症状症状是阑尾炎的程度，单凭症状难以诊断，需要对病变组织进行诊断和细菌的鉴定。 인두칸디다증 본래는 구강이나 인두에 상재하는 칸디다가 항생물질의 장기복용 등에 의해 병원성을 일으켜 여러 치료에도 낫지 않는 만성의 궤양을 일으키게 된 것. 초기에는 황백색의 두터운 막으로 뒤덮인 옅은 소궤양으로 나타나는데 차츰 확대한다. 경과는 수개월~수년으로 자연치료되기도 하는데 전신쇠약을 가져오는 수도 있다. 자각증상은 가법게 연하통이 있는 정도이며, 증상만으로는 진단이 곤란하고 병리조직진단이나 균의 동정(同定)이 필요하게 된다.
