Sotho Leute
Die Sotho-Leute sind eine Bantu-Volksgruppe, deren Vorfahren seit etwa dem fünften Jahrhundert im südlichen Afrika gelebt haben. Die Sotho-Nation entstand aus der vollendeten Diplomatie von Moshoeshoe I, die zusammengekommene Clans von Sotho-Tswana-Ursprung versammelt hatte, die sich im frühen 19. Jahrhundert über das südliche Afrika verteilt hatten. Die meisten Sotho leben heute in Südafrika, da der Bereich des Orangenfreien Staates ursprünglich Teil der Moshoeshoe-Nation war.
