IEEE 1394
Die IEEE 1394-Schnittstelle ist ein serieller Busschnittstellenstandard für High-Speed-Kommunikation und isochrone Echtzeit-Datenübertragung. Es wurde in den späten 1980er und frühen 1990er Jahren von Apple entwickelt, der es FireWire nannte. Die 1394-Schnittstelle ist vergleichbar mit USB, obwohl USB mehr Marktanteil hat.
