Lanolin
Lanolin, auch Wollwachs oder Wollfett genannt, ist eine gelbe wachsartige Substanz, die von den Talgdrüsen von Wollträgern ausgeschieden wird. Die meisten Lanolin, die von Menschen verwendet werden, kommen von heimischen Schafrassen, die speziell für ihre Wolle angehoben werden. Lanolin ist ein Wachs.
