Pomace, oder marc, ist die feste Reste von Trauben, Oliven oder anderen Früchten nach dem Pressen für Saft oder Öl. Es enthält die Häute, Zellstoff, Samen und Stängel der Früchte. Trauben-Trester wurde traditionell verwendet, um Tresterbranntwein und Traubenkernöl zu produzieren. Heute wird es meist als Futter oder Dünger verwendet.
