Planula

Planula - langsam, schwimmend, die ersten Larven charakteristisch für Einsiedlerkrebse, vor allem Stivivoklavien. Entsteht aus Gastrula. Es hat einen länglichen, ovalen und leicht abgeflachten zweischichtigen Körper von 0,2-0,3 mm Länge, der aus einem Ektoderm und einem inneren Entoderm besteht. Seine Gastroceles sind leer oder mit Gastrodermzellen gefüllt. Er bewegt sich, indem er sich durch synchronisierte Wimpernbewegungen um seine eigene Achse bewegt, wobei der aborale Pol nach vorne zeigt. Es ernährt sich von Eigelb, und die Planeten der meisten Korallen und Planeten sind Plankton. Nach ein paar Stunden bis zu einigen freien Tagen schwimmen sie und verwandeln sich in Polypen. Planula unterscheidet sich vom Planuloid mit einer weniger gut entwickelten Magenhöhle.

Planula – orzęsiona, wolno pływająca, pierwsza larwa charakterystyczna dla parzydełkowców, głównie stułbiopławów. Powstaje z gastruli. Ma wydłużone, owalne i lekko spłaszczone, dwuwarstwowe ciało o długości 0,2–0,3 mm, złożone z orzęsionej ektodermy i wewnętrznej entodermy. Jej gastrocel jest pusty lub wypełniony komórkami łączącymi się z gastrodermą. Porusza się obracając się spiralnie wokół własnej osi za pomocą zsynchronizowanych ruchów rzęsek, biegunem aboralnym skierowanym do przodu. Żywi się zapasami żółtka, a planule większości koralowców i krążkopławów – planktonem. Po trwającym od kilku godzin do kilku dni okresie swobodnego pływania osiadają i przekształcają się w polipa. Planula różni się od planuloidy słabiej wykształconą jamą gastralną.
