Book Operation Card
The book is used by bookstores to check the inventory. It is inserted into book copies, which in the bookstore, e.g. As sales copies. When it is sold, it is taken out at the cash desk and used as a supplement from the warehouse or for re-ordering. Depending on the company or organization, the book-keeping cards may differ in presentation, content and quotations. In addition to the usual bibliographic data, often the purchase order-related data, such as the order number of the bar assortment, the publisher's number, the minimum warehouse stock, the number of supplemented copies, the order date and the supplier are entered in order to obtain the necessary information on the validity of a bay subscription. If a card is lost because it has not been removed or the book stolen, a new card is created. With the introduction of closed ware systems, manual guided card types are no longer required since all inputs and outputs are recorded in the computer and the stock control can thus be carried out without any gaps.
