Mortadella
Mortadella di Bologna is an Italian sausage specialty made from finely ground pork, which is shaped with salt, pepper, sugar and coarse fat fat dumplings in art or natural casings to form large sausages of up to 100 kg and cooked in special hot air ovens at 90 ° C.
