Cheque

A check is an accounting document of value in which the person who is authorized to extract money from an account, extends to another person an authorization to withdraw a certain amount of money from his account which is expressed in the document, regardless of the Presence of the bank account holder. The check is a value order or bearer and abstract security under which a person, called a drawer, unconditionally orders a credit institution to pay in cash a sum of money determined in favor of a third party called beneficiary. Un cheque es un documento contable de valor en el que la persona que es autorizada para extraer dinero de una cuenta, extiende a otra persona una autorización para retirar una determinada cantidad de dinero de su cuenta la cual se expresa en el documento, prescindiendo de la presencia del titular de la cuenta bancaria. El cheque es un título de valor a la orden o al portador y abstracto en virtud del cual una persona, llamada librador, ordena incondicionalmente a una institución de crédito el pago a la vista de una suma de dinero determinada a favor de una tercera persona llamada beneficiario.
