पीठ पर कई रंग के दाग हैं । (ख) कपड़े पर का यह दाग

क्रि० प्र०—पड़ना ।—लगना ।
विशेष—इस शब्द का अधिकतर प्रयोग ऐसे धब्बे के लिये होता
है जो खटकता या बुरा लगता हो ।
मुहा०—सफेद दाग = एक प्रकार का कोढ़ जिससे शरीर पर
सफेद धब्बे पड़ जाते हैं । फूल ।
