Anatolian peninsula
The Anatolian peninsula (Greek: Ανατολία, Anatolia / Aνατολή, Anatolē, Turkish Anadolu) is a part of Western Asia in the westmost part of the Asian Continent. Currently it is part of the Asian part of the Republic of Turkey. In Japanese, it is often called an Anatolian peninsula, but in English-speaking countries, it is a simple Anatolian that does not have a "peninsula", it is a word representing a human geographical area, not a terrain.
