Mupuang
Mpulungu is the city of Zambia. It belongs to the northern state of Zambia. Located in the northeastern part of Zambia, close to the Tanzanian border. Located at the southernmost tip of Lake Tanganyika, it is the only harbor in Zambia, an inland country. There is a boat trip from Mupleung Port to Tanzania, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi through Tanganyika Lake. Ferries are going out to Kasanga and Kigoma in Tanzania, from which there are contact flights to Burundi capital, Bujumbura. Mupuang has a fishing port and is the end point of the Great North Road. In 2007, a plan to extend the railroad to Tanzan Railway running southern from Mupurung was announced.
