Definition of 급성세뇨관괴사 in the Korean dictionary
Acute tubular necrosis refers to the necrosis of cells in the tubules, especially proximal tubules. It is divided into ischemic type (ischemic type) and nephrotoxic type (tubulointerstitial type) in which tubular cells are directly damaged by chemical substances or therapeutic agents. Clinically there is acute renal failure. Because tubular cells are highly regenerative, acute tubular necrosis is a reversible lesion unless the cause is long-lasting. Causes of autocrine forming ATN include aminoglycoside antibiotics, anticancer drugs such as cisplatin, pesticides such as paracoxid, herbicide, inadequate transfusion, myoglobinuria, and many others. 급성세뇨관괴사 세뇨관 특히 근위세뇨관의 세포가 괴사에 빠진 상태를 가리킨다. 원인으로서 신혈류의 저하가 오래이어져 세포가 허혈에 빠지기 때문에 생기는 경우(허혈형 ischemic type)와 화학물질이나 치료약제 등이 직접 세뇨관세포에 장애를 주는 경우(신독성형 nephrotoxic type)로 나뉘어진다. 임상적으로는 신실질성 급성부전이 생긴다. 세뇨관세포는 재생능력이 강하므로 급성세뇨관괴사는 그 원인이 오래 지속 되지 않는 한 가역성의 병변인 경우가 많다. 신독성형 ATN의 원인으로는 아미노 글라이코사이드계 항생제, 시스플라틴 등의 항암제, 파라콕시드 등의 농약, 제초제, 부적합수혈, 미오글로빈뇨증, 그밖에 여러가지의 것이 있다.
