Chromocyte-like or pheochromocytoma is a tumor that synthesizes, stores, and secretes catecholamines in large quantities, mostly in the adrenal gland. It releases a large amount of catecholamines, such as epinephrine and norepinephrine, and thus presents symptoms such as hypertension, headache, sweating and palpitations. 크롬친화세포종 또는 갈색세포종은 카테콜아민을 대량으로 합성, 저장, 분비하는 종양으로 대부분 부신 수질에서 발생한다. 에피네프린이나 노르에피네프린 같은 카테콜아민을 대량으로 분비하므로, 고혈압, 두통, 발한, 심계항진 등의 증상을 나타낸다.
Chromium-friendly cell tumor Chromosome-positive cell tumors produce, store and secrete catecholamines. These are mostly derived from the adrenal glands, but the extra-adrenal chromaffinocytoma or adrenal gland originates from chromaffin cells distributed in or around the sympathetic ganglia. The clinical manifestations of these tumors are mainly due to the release of catecholamines. Hypertension is the most common clinical manifestation, and occasionally paroxysmal hypertension or hypertensive crisis occurs. Only about 0.1% of blood pressure patients develop chromatin-positive cell tumors, but they are one of the major causes of correctable hypertension. If properly diagnosed and treated, healing is possible, but it can be fatal if it is not diagnosed or wrongly treated. 크롬친화세포종
크롬친화세포종은 카테콜아민들을 생성, 저장하고 분비한다. 이들은 대부분 부신수질에서 유래되지만 부신외 크롬친화세포종 또는 부신경절종은 교감신경성 신경절의 안 또는 주위에 분포하는 크롬친화세포에서 유래한다. 이들 종양의 임상양상은 주로 카테콜아민의 방출에 기인된다. 고혈압이 가장 흔한 임상증상이며, 때로 발작성 고혈압 또는 고혈압성 위기가 반수 이상에서 발생한다. 혈압 환자의 약 0.1%에서만 크롬친화세포종이 발생되나, 교정 가능한 중요한 고혈압의 원인에 속한다. 실제 적절하게 진단되고 치료되면 치유가 가능하나 진단되지 못하거나 잘못 치료받는 경우에는 치명적이 될 수 있다.
