Definition of 파이브로넥틴 in the Korean dictionary
There are two types of cell surface fibronectin and plasma fibronectin in the fibronectin cell surface, connective tissue, and glycoprotein present in the blood. There are many functions, but the action of promoting the adhesion and expansion of cultured cells on a Petri dish is well known. When the cells become cancerous, the cell surface fibronectin decreases or disappears. In vivo, it involves hemostasis, activation of macrophages, interaction with cells and connective tissue, and cell movement. As a hemostatic agent, it helps stabilize fibrin as one of the substrates of factor XIII in the final stage of coagulation. 파이브로넥틴 세포표면, 결합조직, 혈액중에 존재하는 당단백으로 두개의 유형으로 세포표면 파이브로넥틴과 혈장 파이브로넥틴이 있다. 여러가지 기능이 있으나 배양세포가 페트리접시위에 접착ㆍ신전하는 것을 촉진하는 작용이 많이 알려져 있다. 세포가 암화(癌化)하면 세포표면 파이브로넥틴은 감소 또는 소실한다고 한다. 생체내에서는 지혈, 매크로파지의 활성화, 세포와 결합조직과의 상호작용, 세포의 운동등에 관여한다. 지혈작용으로서는 응고의 최종단계에서 제 X III인자의 기질의 하나로서 파이브린을 안정시키는데 도움이 된다.
