Inflammation of the episcleral tissue. It is generally positive compared to scleritis. It is often bilateral and prone to recurrence. It is not clear whether the cause is decline in 2 to 3 weeks. It is uncertain whether tuberculosis, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis and its related diseases, syphilis, leprosy, etc. are considered . Treatment includes topical steroids, anti-inflammatory agents, and pain medication. 상공막염 상공막부 episcleral tissue의 염증. 공막염에 비해서 일반적으로 양성이다. 종종 양측성이고 재발할 경향이 강하다. 결막하의 단수 또는 복수의 통증을 수반하는 결정성 충혈로서 나타나는데 2~3주간에 자연히 쇠퇴하는 경향이 있다 원인은 확실치 않은데 결핵, 알러지, 만성관절 류마티스 및 그 관련 질환, 매독, 나병 등이 고려되고 있다. 치료로서는 국소스테로이드제 투여, 소염, 진통제 투여가 이루어진다.
