Sixteen Great Powers
The Sixteen Great Powers is a word that refers to the kingdoms of a group of ancient India, and the literal meaning of "Maharaj Napadas" means "major regions". In the Pali Buddhist scriptures, such as the Buddhist scriptures, many of the 16 great countries are mentioned. Before the birth of Buddhism, the 16 great powers flourished throughout northern India, from Gandhara to the north of India. The political structure of ancient India appears to have originated from the tribe unit "Jana" used to count the tribe of semi-nomadic tribes, according to the early Vedic literature, when several arias or tribes fought with each other, I fought with my family. In the early days of these Vedas, the Jana developed into the narrative of India or Padas. Buddhist scriptures and Jain scriptures refer to the sixteen great powers that existed before the time of Gotama Buddha incidentally.
