A sherbet is an iced ice cream with water, milk, cream, sugar, and ice cream. The first ice cream has a shape close to sherbet, with a mix of juice and spices in the eye. The name Sherbet is based on Shabat, a drink from the Middle East. Shabbat is Arabic and refers to "drinks" and "juice". Today, there are milk, egg whites and gelatins that are frozen in juice, and they are often called sherbet. However, in France, no dairy products are accepted as sorbet. In the United States, an ice cream containing 1 to 2% milk solids is called a sorbet. In France, a meal is served between two or three main dishes in a dinner, and it is served in the amount of one mouth. The sherbet is served in the middle of the meal for the purpose of refreshing the taste, liqueur and other types of alcohol is often frozen. When it comes out as a dessert, it uses a lot of juice to sweeten it.
