Keladi
The yam tree refers to a group of plants in the Araceae family as in the genus Alocasia, Caladium and Dieffenbachia, all in the subfamily of Araceae. However, it can also refer to one particular species in this subfamily which is most widely grown, Colocasia esculenta. Keladi comes from South India and Southeast Asia. This tropical tree has many leaf colors, thriving in dimmable peatlands. The yam is widely available in our country with various species of yam trees such as jungle, oil, elephant, white, betaw, prawns. The yam tree has a variety of leaf colors, thriving in a diminished peat land. The yard is more suitable as a decorative plant, whether it is planted in a pot or in a yard because this plant only requires moderate sunlight. It can also be grown in pots to decorate the interior of the house. If exposed to direct sunlight, it will cause the leaves to pale and quickly wither. The temperature is most suitable for this plant between 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.
